In this role, Kain will oversee the company’s financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term growth initiatives as Significance continues to expand its capabilities and support its growing portfolio of federal customers.
Kain brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across government contracting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through periods of significant growth by implementing scalable financial processes, improving operational performance, and providing strategic guidance that enables sustainable expansion.

Prior to joining Significance, Kain held executive financial leadership positions supporting high-growth government contracting organizations, where he was responsible for financial operations, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and organizational performance. His experience includes developing financial strategies that support innovation while maintaining operational discipline and delivering value to customers and stakeholders.

Kain holds an MBA from University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Jason is active throughout the government contracting community and spends time supporting various GovCon organizations.
