Jason leads the organization’s Finance, Accounting, and Contracts functions helping guide financial management, corporate strategy, and effective decision-making across the enterprise to drive organizational success. He is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, corporate development, financial compliance, and contract governance.
Jason brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in government contracting and financial management, holding various roles across all Finance and Accounting functions. Prior to joining Significance, Inc., Jason served as the VP of Finance at MAG Aerospace, a large PE-backed defense technology contractor, overseeing financial reporting, FP&A, program finance, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, and treasury. Throughout his career, Jason has successfully led a range of high-performing F&A teams at both founder-led and PE-backed organizations helping build resilient, high-performing, data-driven finance organizations that drive corporate strategy, organizational transformation, and business operation maturity.
Jason holds an MBA from University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Jason is active throughout the government contracting community and spends time supporting various GovCon organizations.
Originally from Florida, Jason now resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with his wife of 10 years, their 5-year-old daughter (and soon-to-be newborn), and their dog, Lucy. Jason and his family enjoy traveling, skiing/snowboarding, biking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
