As Chief Growth Officer at Significance, Brad Zwirschitz leads the organization’s efforts to drive sustainable revenue growth and strategic market expansion, ensuring that business development, capture strategies, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives are tightly aligned with enterprise objectives. He collaborates closely with the delivery, solutions, and executive teams, including CEO Mary Ahern-Snyder, to maximize the impact of collective growth strategies and position the company for continued success in the federal marketplace. Brad brings extensive leadership experience in the federal IT services and government consulting industry, with a strong track record of building and scaling organizations that deliver operational excellence and mission-critical solutions. He has held senior executive roles focused on growth, program management, enterprise transformation, and strategic business development across defense and civilian agencies.
Prior to joining Significance, Brad served as President of Main Sail, LLC, a veteran-owned small business specializing in strategic IT solutions, digital engineering, enterprise resource planning (ERP), maintenance and logistics optimization, data and analytics, program support, and intelligent automation for federal clients. Under his leadership, the company supported a wide range of DoD and federal programs, including work with the Navy, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and other agencies. He has also held leadership roles associated with PHM Technology, advancing model-based reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) solutions and digital risk twins for complex systems. Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the College of William and Mary. His expertise spans growth strategy and GTM execution, scaling revenue programs across federal and commercial markets, building the operating systems that connect marketing, sales, and delivery, and leading the change required to turn strategy into measurable expansion. Originally from Virginia, Brad now resides in Cary, North Carolina with his wife and family. He enjoys playing guitar, cycling, and fishing.
