The joint venture unites the strengths of two highly respected small businesses—Significance Inc. and MCLS, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Horizon harnesses Significance’s proficiency in data analytics, expertise in Navy ERP, and federal financial management alongside MCLS’s expertise in Navy logistics and financial systems integration. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation, integrity and delivering measurable outcomes to the federal government.

Chris Mayfield brings over two decades of Naval service to the joint venture, culminating in his role as Chief of Staff for DLA Distribution Norfolk, where he led large-scale logistics and supply chain operations.
