Bryan Flammia Joins Significance as Director of Marine Corps Accounts
Annapolis, MD — Significance Inc. is proud to welcome Bryan Flammia as the Director of Marine Corps Accounts. With extensive experience in government contracting and a demonstrated record of success, Bryan is set to strengthen and expand Significance’s partnerships with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Prior to joining Significance, Bryan served as the Director for Air Force Growth & Strategy at Aeyon, where he focused on Data Analytics, IT Modernization, Portfolio Management, Financial Management, and Digital Transformation. His leadership in these areas has enabled him to build and maintain strong relationships across the defense sector.
Bryan’s background also includes his role as Deputy Program Manager for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) transition from SABRS to DAI sustainment, where he managed critical programs vital to operational success. His 10-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, which culminated in his role as Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (SNCOIC) of the Hawaii SMU, provided him with invaluable hands-on experience in unit and intermediate supply operations.
In his new role at Significance, Bryan will leverage his deep understanding of Marine Corps requirements to drive innovative solutions that align with the company’s capabilities in data, IT modernization, and transformation. His expertise will ensure that Significance continues to deliver impactful results to its Marine Corps clients.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and an active Top Secret clearance. His addition marks a significant step forward in Significance’s mission to provide innovative, high-quality solutions to federal clients.
