A seasoned veteran of the federal contracting industry, David brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles. He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Citizant and Expression Networks and held senior leadership positions at PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG. His expertise spans operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, all of which will play a critical role in propelling Significance forward.
David holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), further underscoring his commitment to professional excellence.
